A Black, Afro-Latinx, Bay Area native; I am the founding creator, maker, bruja, holistic maven, healer & energetic spirit behind California-based Eleva Alma Apothecary & Tea Amo (100% Owned & operated by my wife & I)

The passion, drive, gifts and full-force energy behind Eleva Alma comes from a desire to give back and offer love and support to the communities I'm a part of & hold dear... and in direct correlation of knowing the gifts I've been given were meant to be shared
40+ years of learning at the feet of the incredible womyn in my family who came before me, along with years of education (Masters in Alternative Medicine) and lived experience of being confronted with my own mortality (Kidney transplant warrior 
) I've been so fortunate to take pages from every single moment that's happened and see my todays as an opportunity to give others what I hoped to have myself when I needed it the most (Being the change has never resonated more and I still feel, every day, that my kidney failure was the best thing that could have happened to me!)
Eleva Alma Apothecary & Tea Amo Teas were born from a place of light, healing, intention, love and hope... Each creation I make daily being an extension of myself... it's a truth that will always remain
