Welcome to Elevated Impact Solutions (EIS). Our goal is to make your booking experience seamless and transparent.
Please review the following policies carefully before scheduling your consultation or services.
Scheduling Appointments
Booking Process: Clients can schedule appointments through our website or designated scheduling platform. Please provide all required information to ensure your booking is successfully processed.
Confirmation: Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session, including date, time, and location (virtual or in-person).
Availability: Appointment availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage clients to book well in advance to secure their preferred time slots.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring additional charges. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee of 25% of the service cost.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full service fee.

Late Arrivals
Client Delays: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients' bookings.
No-Show Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.
Session Details
Session Duration: All sessions adhere to the scheduled duration. Additional time requests may require a separate booking, subject to availability.
Preparation: Please ensure you are prepared for your session. For virtual meetings, confirm you have a stable internet connection and necessary tools (e.g., webcam, microphone).
Client Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy of contact and appointment details when booking.
Communicate promptly about any changes or issues related to your appointment.
