Payment Requirements
Payment at Booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This ensures your session is reserved and allows us to prepare accordingly.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options available on our secure scheduling platform.
Refund Policy
Cancellations:
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, no-shows, and late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.
Packages: Payments for multi-session packages (e.g., Elevate Premium, Elevate Elite) are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. Unused sessions in a package may be credited toward future services at the discretion of EIS.
Rescheduling Fees
Rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment may incur a fee of 25% of the session cost, depending on the circumstances.
Taxes and Additional Fees
Taxes: All fees listed are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Transaction Fees: Any additional fees (e.g., platform service fees) will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Security and Privacy
Secure Transactions: Payment processing is conducted through a secure, encrypted platform to ensure your financial information is protected.
Confidentiality: EIS does not store sensitive payment details. Your personal and financial data is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us immediately at Support@elevaalma.com. We will work with you to resolve any disputes in a timely manner.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Packages and Subscriptions
Usage Terms: Clients purchasing packages or subscriptions must adhere to the specified terms, including session expiration dates.
Unused Sessions: Any unused sessions will expire as outlined in the package details and cannot be refunded.
Agreement
By completing a payment with Elevated Impact Solutions, you agree to abide by these payment policies. These guidelines are designed to protect both parties and ensure a professional and seamless experience.
